RETURNS & EXCHANGE

  • All locally manufactured items carry a 5 year factory guarantee.
  • Items to be returned to Zippy with original invoice.
  • If customer requires assistance with collection and delivery of damaged items, the transport cost will be for the customer’s account and is not included in the guarantee.
  • Where possible, Zippy can assist customers with onsite refurbishment to avoid sending items back to the factory for repairs.
  • Imported items has a 1 – 2 year guarantee and same conditions apply as on new furniture.

  • Used items are sold without guarantee – voetstoots.
  • However Zippy has a very strickt quality check on used items, and the used items are showcased for the customer’s convenienced before purchase.
  • Zippy has a 7 day return policy on used items and we will gladly repair or replace items that does not adhere to our high quality standards on our used items.
  • We are also happy to continue to assist customers with replacing parts or doing repairs without labour charges on all used items. Parts and transport will be for the customers account.
